You have several options when choosing your new home at Chapel Cove. Wooded interior and waterfront homesites average about three-quarters of an acre and start in the $100,000s. You can purchase a homesite and build a custom home with one of the community’s Builder Guild members. Or, if you are in more immediate need of a new home, chose the convenience of a Ready To Customize (RTC) home. RTC homes are already under construction and still provide options to customize before completion. Homes start in the $700,000s.
