The style of homes at Chapel Cove will speak to many design languages. French Country will be present with crisp stucco, stone accents and flared eaves. Traditional homes will announce their elegant simplicity with brick and distinctive columns. Adaptations of Craftsman style will speak their distinctly American tones with large porches, cedar shake accents and handcrafted stone. It’s all part of creating a community with its own charm and pleasing streetscapes.

We've created a Builder Guild to make sure the same attention to detail and design sensibilities stay true throughout Chapel Cove, while creating distinct, one-of-a-kind, luxury custom homes. An Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will review and approve every plan before the builder can start construction. The ACC will ensure Crescent’s quality assurances and make certain the highest standards are maintained.

Chapel Cove offers lakefront and wooded interior settings for your new home. After choosing your location and Builder Guild member, it’s time to build your custom home. You may also choose one of the Ready To Customize (RTC) homes under construction.
