Jon Haldane joined Crescent Communities Realty from Builder Services, Inc., the new home division of the Allen Tate Company. There, he was responsible for new home sales in the company’s Highgate community. Born in Scotland, Haldane, a world traveler, received his real estate license in 1981 in Australia and sold property there and in New Zealand. Haldane moved to the United States in 2002 while working as a managing director for Renewable Energy Corp., based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He received his bachelor’s degree in Cyprus, Greece.

Brent Surratt joinedCrescent Communities Realty in 2007 after gaining five years of sales experience with the Badin Lake golf community, Uwharrie Point, where he also sold high-end, custom-built homes and retail homesites. Before his career in real estate, Surratt traveled internationally in the field of golf entertainment and the sport of long drive. Surratt earned a Master of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University.
